From travel to politics to sustainable living, Epic 2 entertains, inspires and educates. With interactivity, video, and award-winning design, the Epic 2 staff has developed a publication full of thought-provoking writing, tackling subjects ranging from the Affordable Care Act to the rising murder rate in Chicago and from genetically modified foods to politics, education and religion. Also featured is this issue: photography from one writer’s trip to Kenya, a how-to guide for making Skittles Vodka, and the cover story, You Can Play, featuring three RMU hockey players and their coach standing up for the rights of LGBT athletes by participating in a video project.
Epic Magazine is published by Robert Morris University’s Integration Center in association with the Institute of Art & Design. Epic is a general interest publication produced in collaboration with RMU students, faculty and staff.
